The Harte staff is great to work with on all aspects - sales and service! I have purchased several cars (new and used) over the years from them. I also have all of my service visits here too. I have never had a problem scheduling service and they have provided me with loaners or transportation if I needed it. I have never had a problem with this dealership. Highly recommend them!!

The service person was awesome. I came in for an oil change and mentioned that my car wouldn't let me shift out of park on a couple of occasions depending on if it recognized the brake pedal was being pushed. He showed me a trick to get it unstuck and also looked in the national database for similar reports of the same issue. He gave me his card in case it happened again and said nissan would help diagnose it as it was happening. Very thorough.
My last visit was uneventful. What I mean is that I drove in, the advisor wrote up the order, told me how long it would take for the service, and it was ready as promised. I couldn't ask for a better experience. And the coffee was very good also.
I went to the dealership on Friday because I was having some issues with my car. Brandon was so helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car and also went over with me the services I would need for my car on my next visit.

I was in for my first oil change on a new vehicle today. I was greeted immediately upon arrival with a friendly hello and was directed to my location. Everything from the service performed to the handling of the paperwork was expeditious and effortless. In no time at all, I was back on my way.
Scott was an excellent sales person to work with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he make it happen, I was able to do most of this transaction remotely which was perfect for me.
So pleased with the help I got with some technical questions. The young man who greeted me helped me with a long list of oddball items. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but He will remember… He help me set my radio tunings, solve my child locking door problem, answer questions about my review mirror, and I was grateful for all of his support.
The quality of work was great. Although, 2 of the young men talked over me when I was trying to explain the problem the car was having. Additionally, the prices are going up each time I visit.

I only gave a 4 out of 5 for price since I'm not sure what service or diagnostics was performed regarding the battery system of my Leaf. The work report was silent on this. I don't even know if it was checked, and I would like to know what change in performance, if any, has happened now that the car is 2 years old.
Cost for servicing has increased tremendously. Previously I paid less for this type of service. Why did the price increase . Do not have much more to say

simple service of synthetic oil change and tire rotation completed timely while I waited. They could not re-attach one edge of the front bumper that had come loose -- unfortunately they don't do that work and must go to body shop.

I was greeted by Dan who was helpful, kind, courteous and patient. I didn’t have the best credit and Sevin(I think that was his name) gave me a great interest rate. The cons was the car seemed to detailed in a rush and the inside seats weren’t totally cleaned and there was a part broken in the trunk and Dan was suppose to get back to has yet to contact me about fixing it.

I was able to purchase my brand new dream car !!! I drove home the very same day. My salesman Adin was both friendly and knowledgeable. Jared was extremely helpful in getting financing for me even though I don’t have credit. At Harte Nissan they mean what they say that if you have a job and at least $99 they will be able to get you a car.

Michael Veprinsky, I consider the "top" sales person at Harte. I've been working with him for 20 plus years. His demeaner is caring and customer friendly. Actually, he knows exactly the color and extras I like in a car, Very personable! Victor Schmidt is my go to guy in the service department. He knows his stuff. Don't have much interaction with management.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had a early oil change appointment and was out within 40 minutes. Chuck was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely request an appointment with him next time my vehicle needs servicing.

I've got to say that service by Shane Lesperance was a very pleasant experience. I expressed that my last visit I told the mechanic that my tire kept needing air and he did nothing to fix it and said next time I come back he would check it out. That was totally unacceptable. Shane came out to let me know I needed a new rim. Showed me a picture of what the damage looked like - it appeared to be pothole damage and I did hit one on my way to work in New Britain many months ago. So ...
